Yes. Depending on your requirements, we can build on-premise solutions. Our turn-key project delivery methodology can provide you an exact replica of our API on your private cloud, or even provide the whole functionality of our API as an easy to import module, thanks to our flexible architecture.
Yes. We accept your payments in a secure environment via our payment gateway partner iyzico. Upon your first purchase, we direct your credit card information to our payment partner without storing your sensitive credit card information. We only store your masked credit card number (only the first and last four digits) for convenience. After the initial payment, your subsequent monthly payments are charged by our gateway partner.
No. Unfortunately we don't currently have a discount neither for students nor researchers conducting any kind of NLP research, due to the high costs of processing power.
In the end of your monthly subscription plan, our payment gateway partner tries to charge you the price of your plan for the next month. A successful payment extends your membership for another month. If your payment fails after 3 attempts in two days, your membership is downgraded to the FREE plan. Don't worry, we send e-mails after each transaction attempt, whether it is successful or failed.
After starting or renewing a paid membership type, if web services are never used (called) or used less than the limitations of the free membership type, the user may ask for a refund. An email requesting a refund should be sent to [email protected]. Upon approval of refund, the account will be downgraded to free membership, and the last membership fee will be returned to the credit card used during payment within 5 business days . In cases where the number of calls for API usage exceeds the free membership limit, no refund can be claimed.
Once you switched to a paid membership, you will be charged monthly. If you want to end your paid membership subscription, you may switch to FREE membership anytime. Your remaining API call rights will be still usable (if any left) and you will not be charged after the end of your subscription period. Another option is permanently delete your account in the dashboard.
